A simple time..

Life was so much more simple when all I had to worry about was when the next time I was going to see my friends. When jam sessions in my best friends living room lasted all night till the early mornings. When we broke into pools in the summer, climbed the roofs of school just to get a good view of the city, and that one October we all thought it was a good idea to go swimming. That was a simple time that I wish lasted longer before we all grew apart and made new friends, new lives, before old friends fought and now it seems like it was so long ago. A simple time that certain songs will always remind me of. A simple time that will never be forgotten.
